This is 3-stage acceleration program were each stage matches a different level of maturity of startups and has a duration of 4 months. At the end of the 1st stage the output is a validated business model, at the end of the 2nd stage the output is a business plan and at the end of the 3rd stage the aim is funding and/or sales. Startup selection going forward incorporates a maturity assessment to position applicants into one of the three stages. For those startups positioned in the first two stages the aim is to progressively (and selectively) assist them through to the next stages.
