Nowadays, in the process of design thinking and ethical behavior, it is perceived that development of employee skills is far more influential than increasing the nominal resource value, Therefore, various modalities of skills at growing SME’s are expected to be categorized and valued, in order to integrate them and enable a synchronized advancement in each skills category. It is evident that in skills development, managers and owners of SME’s should be simultaneously flexible and strict, aimed at focused and inter-disciplinary skills operative advancements.
