Monitoring for the Support Center (KPIs)

The Support Centers will operate to host and assist Gazelles through an acceleration program, aiming also to create an ecosystem where “Gazelles can run faster and further”. During the operation of the Support Centers, certain Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) should be applied, in order to monitor the performance efficiency and added value that the Support Center provides to the Gazelles and the wider innovation ecosystem.
The “KPIs tool” that is proposed in this chapter, is based on the critical factors for the operation of the Support Centers, since they provide acceleration services, networking and constant collaboration with BANs and TTOs.
Having those in mind, the proposed KPI’s are the following:
i. Dealflow of Gazelles
ii. Coaching and Mentoring to the Gazelles
iii. Networking of the Support Center
iv. Gazelles course and achievements
